Hello! My name is Nicole, and I have had the privilege of working for Bruce Martin’s State Farm office for over 19 years. During this time, I have developed a deep understanding of our policyholders' needs and have worked diligently to ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
My current role as Office Manager involves consulting with new and existing customers to address their insurance needs, coordinating daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our dedicated team to provide exceptional service. With nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry, I have honed my skills in customer service, problem-solving, and team leadership.
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people we serve. I take pride in being a reliable resource for our insureds and helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence and ease.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 daughters, as well as serving in our church! 😊
